Its been 1 mnth my stomach is behaving abnormally, it has started to create sounds wen i eat as if some machine work is going in d stomach..nd also i feel a need to go to toilet after every meal..its like my digestive system is nt working properly ...Could it b related to my workout bcz i started to workout 1 mnth ago.

try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above..consult physician or gastroenterologist if symptoms persists...
