I stay in clg for 14 hrs. IT job type. Sitting in front of computers. So my eating habits have taken a toll, and at nites i have dinner after 11 and i leave house at 7 in morning. During the day i have 3 chapatis and some light food. Its been 3 months now, and this has caused digestion problems.

Hello there. I can understand your problem. The answer to your problem lies in the question itself. You need to make changes in your lifestyle or else it will be very difficult for you. Practice pranayama and other yoga techniques. Drink lots of water. Regards
