hello.
maintain a correct time table for your eating habits and include greens, fruits and high fibre food would definitely help . also drink lots of fluids. it's very important to stay hydrated.

hi, I hope it's not bothering u much. Have soft food items with vegetables , green leafy items , fruits. Drink lot of water around 3 to 4 litres a day. Do exercise in the morning don be sedentary.Have meals at regular intervals.Avoid junk foods afap. if u have any medical problem pls contact physician.
