  3. Diffuse red lesions glans. Shud i use.

Diffuse red lesions glans
No more place for full question.so continuing the previous question. Had analsex with1 man,oral sex with few men1yr ago.Urethral discharge n red diffuse lesions over glans,some times there r very small white papules over red lesions,more in discharge contact area.plz help which medication shud I use.
