Hello,
I understand your feeling.
It is everyone's dreams to live there life happily and in between we have some adverse conditions like one you have now.
By this we can also maintain healthy and happy life by maintaining the diet which is fat free, avoiding alcohol, smoking, checking blood sugar levels regularly, visiting your doctor regularly, lastly but the main is using and taking medications regUlarly. Do not skip your meals take food on time, and a bit of physical workout like walking for 20 mins will do.
