Dear Dr, my neighbour has sever pain in diaphragmatic region along the entire area. She is 45 yrs old. There is swelling too along the region. Pain is so sever that she is unable to get up from bed. Pain goes upwards n feels like there is no life in her legs n hands. Ultrasound shows normal liver, gallbladder, kidneys.
