Diabetic and balance prob
Iam diabetic from 2Yrs.iam having cervical spondylysis from 1yr.along with this iam having balance problem. I feel like falling while walking and have to hold for support. I took treatment from physician,orthopedician,and neurologist. But my problem is not solved.my mri scan of brain and spinal cord is normal pls help

Cervical spondylitis with disc compression on the spinal cord also can bring imbalance gait , consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated by clinical examination and radiological investigations like MRI of cervical spine
