Are medicines tab dytor 10mg and alfugress 20 for the same purpose? Or is it different ?What is it for?

Both are different classes and actions are different... Alfugress contain Alfuzosin.. Which belongs to group of medicines called alpha-blockers. It works by blocking the action of a chemical adrenalin, thereby relaxing the muscles in the bladder and prostate, relieving difficulty in urination....where as dytor contains the active ingredient Torsemide, it is a diuretic, that is used to reduce the amount of fluid retained by the body..
