Hi sir from 2- 3 months there is a headache pounding as well heart beat rate become faster and this occur especially at night while sleeping my head seems heavy all the time thinking too much of any subject due to which internal burning at the base of the anus to the testicle starts happening and shortening of breath
my head seems stuck and most of the time if i feel shortening of breath this occurs.i am suffering from constipation as well as insomnia and due to which i am masturbating every 3-4 days to have a sleepy night as a result of which i am getting weaker and i am feeling weak as well as headache all the time. from hip to the bottom of leg i am feeling weaknesses.sir please help me out
