hello der first of all don get tensed or worried bout dengue fever its also similar as other viral fevers the only difference is increased complications in dengue fever......
the treatment whats available is symptomatic treatment
like anti pyretics for fever
iv fluids for maintaining circuation
and monitoring blood pressure and platlets.....just get admitted to the nearest hospital kindly meet the physician for further management and treatment.
