I'm 30 yrs old female with pcos diagnosed in Jan 2018, I was on metformin, dronis 30 and aldactone 100 mg daily until May 2021, then stopped all the medications and taking zincofer xt, shelcal xt, biotin n vit e daily, after stopping ocps my last two menstrual cycles were on time but this month I'm late by 10 days as my lmp was 18th July 2021, what can I do to induce my periods

There are progesterone tablets available. Consult fot proper prescription
