Delay in monthly periods
Since past few months I am facing a delay of around 1 week -10 days in my monthly periods although I am eating bananas, pomegranate etc properly. My harmoglobin is 12 and I do not have thyroid disorders. Sometimes it happens on time and sometimes it gets delayed. Is this a matter of concern or is it fine and depends on good habits? What can I do so that the period cycle is maintained properly ?
