Decline of cognitive skills
My father, 72 years of age, K/C/O polio (Left leg), hypertension, brain stroke and fracture in each leg near hip joint. There is decline in recall of details, trunk control, fine motor skills, motor planning when using to move his wheel chair, and visual motor skills. There is decline in hearing skills and ability to use language. This is markedly noticed since past 2-3 weeks. Need to consult a neurologist for the same.
