Cyst near left testicle

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have observed a cyst above left testicle 2 weeks back, it was small and painless. However, couple of days back it has enlarged and pains a little bit. Pls suggest if it's OK and whom(which speciality doc) to visit. Thanks
