  3. Cut finger and numbness. I be concerned?

Cut finger and numbness
3 days ago I cut the bottom left side of my left hand ring finger using a butter knife. It wasn't very deep and stopped bleeding with pressure. The day afterwards i began experiencing numbness and shooting, sharp pains on the top of the same finger. I can however easily move and straighten the finger. Should i be concerned?
