Current type feeling along esophagus

Asked for Male, 50 Years

Sir i have burping problem and gas problem from 10 15 years..i previously have one piles operation too..now i am having a weird current type sensation in my chest alongside esophagus..slightly left..even during sitting..travelling..anytime.my stomach is always upset. Have TMT/2D ECHO/BLOOD TESTS/CHEST XRAY everything normal..
