Cure Sinus via Ayurveda?
I have read about practices of Jal-neti, Tel-neti, Pranayam. Also done ayurvedic Medicines like Laxmivilas ras, Lavangadi vati, Tribhuvankanti etc. Does using this really cure the nasal passage? Or should I go for Nasyam treatment? In the past when I use to undergo Nasyam - the noise massage would actually cause more irritation, headache and running nose for about 30mins post massage.

In most cases nasyam offer promising results. Consulting a near by ayurveda doctor  would help you in ruling out underlying systemic imbalance of dosh which if so should be treated along with your symptoms to get a complete cure. In my opinion 1. Check for your bowel function 2. Check if the problem aggravate with certain pattern like,  at certain time of day, place or on exposure to certain allergen or food. 3. Check for nasal septum deviation

Nasya will definitely help you in sinusitis problem. If it is properly done patients feel light n congestion free after treatment. Running nose for some time after treatment is normal.
