Crohns disease
Hello sir/ madam. I am suffering with crohns from 2 years. As per Recent MRI ENTEROGRPHY report terminal ileum wall thickening 20mm measured. Proximal ileum dilated 4.3cm . I consult the doctor . Doctor says you need a surgery. Is surgery really need? Cure with any medication?

Hi.... Kindly follow the instructions given by your doctor...... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better. But if you're constipated, eating larger amounts of high-fiber foods may help move food through your intestines.....
