Hello doctor
My father has been ill since 4 days. And there is a confusion in the result we got from government and private . We checked through government on 24 th April and we got the report today as negative, which I attached the screenshot. As we dint get report before so we again tested with private scan centre yesterday i.e 26 th April and also got the report today. In that he tested positive. So we are confused which to believe and my father is better from yesterday and temperature (98.5) and oxygen levels(96) are fine. We also took CT scan on 24th in that also it is tested as suspicious covid or pneumonia. Kindly advise ...

Once you are positive in report its 100% positive.
But if you are negative in report and having symptoms there is chance that you are positive but there is some kind of errors in doing report like improper sample collecting/handling or sample is collected but the area where the bud wipes is clean without virus. So stick on positive report.
YOUR FATHER IS POSITIVE.
