  3. Covid 19. Loss of smell. please help!

I have been tested positive on 7th April 2021and suddenly on 13th April 2021 I have lost my smell and partial taste is there. I am worried on this part. I had fever on 1st 3 days and after that only weakness and body aches but suddenly I observed loss of smell. Please help
