Could it be breast cancer?
Im 32 years old. I’m having shooting pain in my right nipple. Right breast is also much larger and feels hot all the time. They both hurt to be touched. Family history of breast, lung, ovarian, cervical cancers.

Do not afraid about cancer, first all all go for mammography and check the problem cause ad condition.
Mostly pain is not where in cancer.
May its been any injury or any hormonal imbalance.
