I'm suffering from cough for from 2 weeks. I have already used two syrups zencuf, jufex (herbal based). But there is no use. Today I got little fever (99 °F) and loose motion.

Hello upper respiratory tract infection should be ruled out Do salt water gargling twice daily Consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
