Usually hospitals admitting patients with such ailment , have a physiotherapist with expertise, if not atleast someone on panel who they can bring in on call.. enquire with hospitals admin.

look for a cardiorespiratory specialised physiotherapist, having an M.P.Th. or M.P.T.degree in respective field..
