Dear sir I am suffering from noses blocking problem and maximum time my nose flow like water. it flow sometimes one by one or both nose flow as thin and chipchipa type water. in cold season this problem fill to much and when normal cold water drink in cold season filing heavy cough in chest and than i sufferd heavy problem to taken air and left air from nose&chest. .my nose inter bone left&right have some over as own filing...and my digestion is week.. kindly suggested me for better treatment .

Hello....... You have to consult ent specialist, you are facing this problem from long time. Conditions like nasal poly,deviated nasal septum, vasomotar rhinitis should be explored.. Avoid cold weather, take steam inhalation twice daily, Do breathing exercise daily... Consult doctor.
