Cough and gum in chest
Hi m having cough and gum in chest. Can hear the sound while sleeping and needs to put extra efforts while inhaling due to this congestion.

Hello....you could have wheezing it sounds like musical sound... It is associated with difficulty in breathing consult pulmonologist or general physician ,don't neglect , severe condition may lead to hypoxia with hypercapnia... Brochodilators may be required.......
