  3. Corona vaccine. Him becoming reinfected?

My husband was treated for covid19.. its four months post recovery.. He is comorbid with diabetes and bp.. While on treatment he was given blood thinning medication.. can he get vaccinated now.? Does he have to start taking blood thinning medicines before getting vaccinated?? He came in contact with a covid+ person again,  are there chances of him becoming reinfected?? Pls suggest what to do..
