Is it true that Re-using the cooking oil can cause cancer,and cooking oil can increse cholesterol level and burden on heart &how often should we change cooking oil?

The problem with reusing oil is that it can create free radicals which can be carcinogenic i.e. can cause cancer and also atherosclerosis which can lead to increase in bad cholesterol levels, blocking the arteries.’ Rotating the oils at least month;y once in the diet will be a good solution.
