Condom was used to avoid any std. My question is even if u r on oral contraceptive emergency contraceptive is required?

Oral contraceptive pills are taken to avoid pregnancy. Emergency pills are not recommended, so only take during emergency. Condoms are used to avoid pregnancy plus STDs, its a physical barrier. If taking oral contraception and want to avoid STD, condom is a must. Oral contraception cannot protect from STDs
