Continuous rubbing of teeth with tongue
Habit is made to rub the teeth by tongue due to which my mother is not able to sleep. Also many times her tongue get cut.

These could be tics or parkinsonian tremors. Definitely rule out if she is having any seizures since you've mentioned presence of tongue bite. She will need medications to control tremors.
