Continuous cold
I am a 24 year old , I am suffering from this problem since last one year , I have constant cold all the time ! It gets better once in a while but as soon as I consume something cold , it gets worse ! I feellike nose - ears , that area gets blocked and my eyes get watery if I consume a beer ! I thought for a while if I should quit smoking if it could be a tobacco ellergy but it did not stop , the cold ! Please give me a solution to this !

Hello.. Your condition is called dushta pratishyaya in ayurveda.. Nothing to worry, can be treated very well.. Looking at your symptoms, I think you should take nasya treatment from a good panchakarma centre, consult an ayurvedic doctor..
