Doc, mangyare po kasi me pending application po ako na need ng fit to work kasi po me findings po sa xray now pumunta ako sa brgy health center DOTS para sa libreng consultation then para mainclude po ako sa program dumaan ako sa 2 test negative po ung sputum at gene Xpert, sabi ng OB na Doc sa health hindi nya ako mabibigyan ng FTW binigyan nya ako ng kahit papano diagnosis nya na essentially normal med cert. Pede po bang dumaan sa inyo for this concern i really need the fit to work doc. Thanks
