My mother underwent fracture joint surgery and its been 5 days since she has passed stool...the doctor prescribed duphalac (laxatives) and even after consuming for 2 days she hasnt passed any...kindly recommend

Hi please consult a general surgeon, or the same person who did the surgery.. If it doesn't work with medicines, then mostly enema has to be given.
