Constantly bleeding from anus

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Bleeding from anus nearly 1glass.Nearly 2-3wks ,problem is faced. Why this type of problem .And that blood is pure, means dark red.And today period also ..If this type of bleeding continues another 2-3days i think will be admitted in hospital. Please tell any solution or what may b problem .
