Constant pain in upper abdomen

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I'hve been having pain in upper abdomen from last week. I have shown this to family doctor and he told me its related to acidity/Gas and prescribed e HISTAG - EVT and Isafgol for constipation. after taking medicine for last 3-4 days the problem remains same.
