Constant pain in chest

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been feeling a constant mild chest pain from last 1 week. I had constant fever also. I went to hospital had my CBC done and found that my ESR level is increased to 18. Doctor gave me injection of monocef for 3 days. Now its 3rd day I am feeling chest pain constantly but now fever is in control. Now what should I do. Please suggest.

Constant pain in chest may be due to cardiac or lung disease... If cardiac disease is present it may be accompanied by other symptom such as palpitation,tachycardia or bradycardia,dizziness......lung infection may be accompanied by cough,productive sputum,haemoptysis etc..... Investigation: ECG,chest xray,CBC,mountax,aso titre,rh factor....

treatment depend on diagnosis...symptomatic...aspirin 75 mg twice a day... sorbitrate two tb sos.... aten 25 one tb at night... pantop DSR..one tb once a day ...all for 7. days....
