Am 32 hav 2 kids tryng 2 conceive frm 8 mnths doc prescribed 3 mnths course of Himalaya evecare&sustane200 frm 17th day of cycle for 10days.1stcycle I got periods very next day of stopping sustane,2nd cycle it took 12days after stooping sustane,this mnth its only 25 days&am hvng little spotting today its 26th day also hve liitle more spotting like periods and also cramps in abdomin and lower back like periods,is it periods or what?am confused becuse still 1 capsule is remaining of sustane
