Cold/Sinusitis
I'm having bad cold and nose block so can i have cetrizine. Had igg and igm mild positive but ns1 was negative for dengue. Residing in Chennai. I get this type of cold very often coz of sinus. Hope its nothing to do with dengue. Thanks!

Reason why you got blood test is not clear....
Use a course of antihistamines and steam inhalation regularly would help you... If severe consult ENT specialist
