Cold problem
Respected sir/madam I m 23 years male .my problem is that I always get infected with cold .whole year I suffered with cold sneezing .sometimes it becomes well but after 1 week again I get infected with cold. What is the reason behind it please tell me

it shows your imminity is not good.
and other cause is allergy .
do exercise daily it improve immune system , eat nutritious food.
avoid dust , pollens, keep living area clean .
you can consult allergy specialist.
