Cold problem
I drank cold COLA few days back as I am in hotel no home food available. Since yesterday I have runny nose (strangely only the right nose), when came back home in evening I felt sudden chill after washing feet, put on clothes and blanket, had a soup and slept till 11 PM. then had a sandwich and a crocin advanced, though there was no visible fever only felt feverish. Since morning throat is slightly sore, feeling sinus like blockage in right nose root, no discharge anymore, slight headache and slight pain or heavyness in chest while coughing. I did gargle with warm water. As I am outside don't want to go to a doctor. Took leave today to rest. Any over the counter med I could go for for immediate relief as travel back home planned mid week. Thank a lot.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. just take steam inhalations as much as possible. over the counter medicines like crocin advance can be taken twice or thrice a day. warm salt water/ butadiene gargles can be done thrice a day. avoid oily and spicy foods. drink lots of water. as of now just doing this should give you enough relief, if it still persists, consult a general physician in person. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
