Cold cough
Doctor i have often caught cold.Doctor suggest me levocetrizine and Montelukast.but problem not solved.but i have no any allergic problem.How can i prevent this cold.please prescribe me some drugs.

This season consider to shade all garbge n boost ur immune so deal it best by detox n chyavanprash like Rasayan.. trust ayurved which will avail boost u entirely... so consider to consult ayurveda dr nr by u. Till then shallow fried haldi in ghee by mixing gud jaggery at empty stomach n at night (almond oil) will work for u.

Avoid alcohol and caffeine, which can cause dehydration, and cigarette smoke, which can aggravate your symptoms.
Drink plenty of fluids.
