Hello!
I love to consume raw salads like lettuce and leafy greens. I am also aware that typhoid is quite rampant in India and raw fruits and vegetables can be a source of salmonella typhi. Because of this reason I haven't eaten any raw vegetable or fruit.
Is there any way to enjoy them raw without getting sick with typhoid? I am talking about produce without any peel like leafy greens etc.
