CT Report:plaque like lesion in pre aortic region encasing celiac trunk,left gastric artery etc.size:4x4x2 cm ;CA 19-9:480;FNAC Biopsy results:1)First Time:NoMalignancy/Granulomas2)Second Time:Epitheliod Cells And Histiocytes found.No Malignancy Found.Possibility Of Tuberculosis is not excluded.Went for AKT4 therapy for four months.No decrease in size of lesion.Got Jaundice Instead.PET CT SCAN:MinimallyAvid?Inflammatorylesion.recentlydoctoldpancreatitis.is it possible?weightloss,watery diarrhea.
