Chronic Pancreatitis
I have chronic calcific pancreatitis with dilated MPD and multiple calcification. Also have fatty liver with no attacks till date. I am under treatment and doc saying as there is no pain we should not touch the pancreas. He has prescribed me panlipase and exercise for fatty liver. Is this the right treatment???

Hi For fatty liver changes you will have to get your lipid profile done... Stabilise abnormal values... Also regular exercise will be sufficient....
