  3. Chest pains. Ive never felt this before!

I randomly get these severe chest pains, it's only happened twice but it is very painful. It feels like I'm being cut or ripped apart from the inside on the left side of my Chest, I also get a small ache at the top of my left arm/ shoulder when this happens. It isn't regular which is why I'm confused. It happened about a week ago when in a stressful situation and now sitting at home doing nothing. I'm 16 and have asthma however this is nothing like an asthma attack, ive never felt this before
