Chest pain since last one week
I am female of 36 years and have thyroid take 75 mg thyronorm daily. Have been taking iron medicines to prevent hair fall since the last one month. Suffering from acute pain in swallowing food and water since the last one week. Went to doctor and he treated for acidity. No major relief even after taking acidity medicine for a week now. Chest X-ray and ecg normal. Acidity no longer seems to be an issue; can you help as to what could be the issue?

Pain during swallowing solids and liquids indicative problem in throat, might be a simple viral/bacterial pharyngitis/tonsillitis. A thorough examination and antibiotics could help you relieve the pain
