I am having chest pain, ligheadness, stomachache since last 5 days I have done all home remedy for chest pain including hot pad therapy, antacids nd lime water. I can't sleep due to pain in chest, I have pain in centre of chest

Well.. You seem to give typical gastritis symptoms... I suggest you to have food on time and regularly.. Divide your meals into small ones and have....do not lie down immediately after food..stroll for around 15-30 min...drink min of 8-10 glasses of water...consult a physician
