Chest pain originating from cardiac reasons associated with nausea, vomiting, typical localised pain sometimes radiating towards left arm, shoulder, jaw, back, giddiness, headache, palpitations etc. So all you need to do when a person with chest pain associated with any if the 2 symptoms above please take him to nearest emergency as soon as possible.
