Chest Pain and a cold hand

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I am currently experiencing pain in the right side of my chest and my right hand is starting to get cold. To be more specific, on Tuesday morning, I was woken up by this pain and pressure in the middle of my chest. I started to feel hot and light headed. I decided to sit on my bed and wait for the pain to go away. And it did. I've also experienced this situation during the summer time and felt as if I was having a heart attack. Please help. By the way, I am just 18.
