It's a progressive disease. As of now you have mild form of disease. MS stands for Mitral Valve. It is the most common value to be affected.
Next Steps
Semiannual to annual Echocardiogram follow up is required to assess the severity of mitral valve damage. If more than 75 % valve is damaged possible operative intervention is required.
