Chest & Joint infection
Difficulty in breathing, chest pain, whenever drinking any hot or cold drink I can feel my chest wall, burning sensation in chest and same burning sensation in head, spine, knees, elbows. Fever daily, chills, dry cough that only comes in the morning, sore throat. Loss of movement in right knee. Symptoms since 5 months.

As per your symptoms description it seems you have gastroesophageal reflux with multiple other system involvement, you need to evaluate yourself for any connective tissue disease. would advice you to visit some MD general Physician.
